DBM has an in-house architect and offers a fixed-price architectural drawing service for standard residential projects. It means customers can start with DBM at the design stage rather than finding a separate company before approaching a builder.

Exact scope is confirmed for the individual project. Planning, Building Control and other statutory fees are separate unless specifically included.

Structural calculations

Technical information coordinated with the build.

Where the project requires structural engineering information, DBM can arrange structural calculations and coordinate them with the construction work, helping keep design decisions and the building sequence aligned.
